◆ Door Frame Assembly
From the rolling process of main frame and center pillar, to the final assembly process, Elite insists on vertical integration. The designing and purchasing of the equipment,
materials and the whole production planning are all localized to upgrade the value and reduce the cycle time. Due to our continuously improvement and cost reduction, now we are supplying to other AISIN overseas subsidiaries.

　

◆ Booster Master Cylinder Assembly
For the press process of the Brake Master Cylinder, it is a continuous press process where we set up 2 to 3 stamping dies on a single stage base on its counter- weight. In AISIN overseas subsidiaries, Elite is the first to succeed in this technique. This technique helps Elite to reduce equipment investment, equipment space, and working hours.
Also, the layout of assembly line of brake booster and cylinder are rearranged to produce synchronously to achieve its daily requirement producion volume. Due to the improvement, it reduces intermediate inventory and to achieve the "One Steam Production."

◆ Door Lock Assembly
The injection mold of Door Lock is designed and developed in accord with the injection conditions and it is all localized in Taiwan. The assembly line is designed and developed by Elite. Especially the Laser Welding and the Ultrasonic Sensor equipments, apart from locally purchased, we designed and transformed to be able to process on all sides at the same time. Elite is the only one who reaches this technology among AISIN group.
